I am happy to reschedule twice if need be; however, this will need to be done with at least 72H notice. Any changes made after this time will be assessed on a case-to-case basis. The same goes for changes to the design idea (small amendments can be done on custom work on the day of the appointment).
You will be required to fill in a consent form upon arrival to your appointment, and we will need to see and take a copy of an official form of photo ID (passport, driving licence, national identity card, etc). Uni ID cards and such will NOT be accepted.

Tattooing in the UK can only be performed on people over the age of 18. No, I cannot tattoo you even if you have your parent's consent, even if they come along and sign the form; just no.
Payment can be taken in cash or by card for the remainder of the amount on the day of your appointment.
